Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) seeks a WCSM Senior Business Analyst to plan, facilitate, and execute complex business analysis for the Workers’ Compensation Systems Modernization program. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, data mapping, process redesign, and aligning capabilities with future state needs.

Qualifications

Extensive IT business analysis experience with requirements gathering.
Experience with process redesign, data mapping, and cross-system dependencies.
Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead elicitation, traceability, and acceptance criteria development.
Facilitate cross-program process mapping and policy alignment.
Prepare dashboards and communications on progress and risk.
Mentor junior BAs in coordinating cross-program meetings.
