Job summary

Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) seeks a WCSM Business Analysis Supervisor to lead the BA team, mentor analysts, and drive enterprise-level requirements across the Workers’ Compensation Systems Modernization program. The role partners with L&I and WaTech leadership to translate needs into actionable outcomes and ensure alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

10 years of IT experience in elicitation, documentation, and analysis of business requirements.
Experience in creating business process models, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Proven liaison between business and technical staff with strong analytical skills.
Experience leading and facilitating meetings with executives and SMEs.

Responsibilities

Supervise BA team and provide mentoring within the WCSM PMO.
Lead high complexity requirements sessions with executives and partners.
Ensure future state workflows, business rules, and integration requirements are approved.
Guide creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and use cases.
Translate complex concepts into clear actionable information and dashboards.
