Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a data analytics professional to support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and performance analysis. You will deliver data-driven solutions, work with leadership, IT, and operations to ensure data quality and effective reporting.

The role is hybrid with three days onsite in Irving and two days remote, requiring strong SQL, BI, and programming skills, plus collaboration across corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in analytics or reporting.
• proficiency with SQL Server and data querying.
• experience with Power BI or similar BI tools; Python/R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly and quarterly data support for internal stakeholders and financial reporting.
• Develop data-driven solutions and variance analysis for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT on data quality, master data management and process improvements.
• Support modeling, metrics reporting and business development activities.
