Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead successful construction and direct-owner projects, coordinating technical, financial, and operational needs from kickoff to closeout.

This role requires 7+ years in HVAC/building automation and strong budgeting, billing, and communication skills. On-site responsibilities include coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet scope and schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• 2 year technical degree in Electronics related studies preferred; undergraduate degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of HVAC and/or Building Automation and Project Management experience.
• Proficient in interpreting and managing billing processes, including schedules of values.
• Strong budgeting knowledge and forecasting capabilities.
• A basic understanding of P&L and project financials.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of construction and direct-owner projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate estimation, booking, and alignment with contract scope.
• Forecast costs, manage invoicing and collections, and drive change orders.
• Provide technical guidance during design, installation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineers and owners to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Monitor schedules, resources, and material orders to maximize cash flow.
