Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operating/Building Engineer to keep Orangeburg facilities at peak performance. You will handle electrical, boiler, and HVAC/controls systems, perform preventive maintenance, and work with BAS to optimize operations.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant trades, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a 24/7 environment. On-site duties in Orangeburg, SC offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Electrician/Boiler/HVAC roles within commercial buildings.
• Experience with electrical, boiler and HVAC control systems.
• Knowledge of CMMS software and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, boiler, and HVAC/controls equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and BAS systems.
• Monitor boiler operations including safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and control components throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with BAS for optimized HVAC controls and setpoints.
• Record readings, adjust parameters, and identify potential issues early.
