Job summary

URBAN RENAISSANCE GROUP in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Engineer to supervise mechanical, electrical, and facility operations. You will implement safety programs, document engineering standards, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to codes and internal policies.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting of building systems, energy management, and effective communication with management and tenants. A strong background in building operations and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Experience commensurate with the SE position.
• OSHA/ACM awareness training certification.
• Washington State electrical training (07) card.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant License.
• City of Seattle Boiler license or equivalent.
• City of Seattle Refrigeration license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance of mechanical, electrical and work areas.
• Coordinate inventories, sourcing, orders and invoicing via PO system.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment and building structure.
• Promote safety and energy conservation across operations.
• Document data in Building Engines and keep logs up to date.
• Mentor junior staff and lead the team as needed.
