Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems across our facilities.

You will monitor building operations, supervise outside contractors when needed, manage work orders, and ensure safety compliance while keeping energy costs in check. This on-site role requires practical hands-on expertise, strong problem solving, and reliable teamwork within a facilities management

Responsibilities

• Complies with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operates, maintains, monitors, and performs maintenance on building equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Maintains lighting systems and replaces components as needed.
• Prepares estimates of time and materials and orders supplies.
• Maintains an energy management program to reduce operating costs.
• Oversees and inspects work by outside contractors.
• Performs specialized tasks such as carpentry, painting, roofing, and locksmith work.
• Responds to emergencies and customer concerns using work order systems.
