Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, secure or high-risk environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities for the jail project.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Maintain project schedule, prepare daily reports and coordinate look-ahead schedules.
