Job summary

AllSTEM Connections, Inc. seeks a Senior Building Mechanical Engineer to provide expert consulting, design, and engineering services for industrial and manufacturing clients.

You will lead HVAC, plumbing, sanitary sewer, and fire protection design, guiding projects from study through construction and turnover. As the senior, you will supervise design staff, collaborate across disciplines, and seal documents as Engineer of Record.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of responsible engineering experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• P.E. registration or active licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for HVAC, industrial plumbing, sanitary sewer, and fire protection systems.
• Design fire protection systems including water storage and pumping arrangements.
• Manage multiple projects from planning through field check-out and commissioning.
• Meet with clients to define scopes and write precise construction estimates.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and present building mechanical scopes clearly.
• Oversee drafting and submittal work and seal documents as Engineer of Record.
