You will guide projects from study and proposals through construction, start-up, and turnover, acting as the Engineer of Record and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of engineering experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design for HVAC, industrial plumbing, sanitary sewer, and fire protection systems.
• Design fire protection systems including storage and pumping systems.
• Manage multiple projects from planning through commissioning.
• Meet with clients to define project scopes and develop time estimates.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and present scopes in meetings.
• Perform field surveys, shop inspections, and vendor expediting to meet specs.
• Oversee drafting and seal construction documents as Engineer of Record.
