Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities operations.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• Arizona driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related building systems.
• Coordinate day-to-day work, mentor staff, and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee energy management programs and BAS/BMS monitoring for efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and participate in on-call after-hours support.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory controls.
