Job summary

This on-site, senior-level position requires inspecting high-rise and multi-family projects, reviewing permits and blueprints, and coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal codes.

Qualifications

• Ability to review and interpret construction plans and codes.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Building codes and related regulations.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Ability to document inspections and prepare reports clearly.
• Court testimony and compliance enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
