LAUKOA seeks an experienced Headquarters Engineering Technician to support the 99th Readiness Division Directorate of Public Works in Fort Dix, NJ. You will help plan and implement comprehensive base operations, ensuring facilities meet safety, security, and appearance standards.

The role requires advanced technical writing, building systems knowledge, and cost estimation using RSMeans, with cross‑team collaboration across headquarters, field teams, and DPW leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project development or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office and written communication.
• Experience with building construction and building systems.

Responsabilités

• Design and review technical designs for facility repair and upgrade projects.
• Ensure conformance with industry practices and USACE requirements.
• Develop project documents and cost estimates using RSMeans.
