Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site inspections for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with inspectors, city departments, and external agencies to ensure code compliance.
• Review plans and enforce floodplain, building, electrical, plumbing, fire codes.
• Lead development services staff and act as department head when needed.
• Assist with ordinances and provide interpretations of codes.

Formation

High School Diploma or its equivalent

Five years of building inspection experience

ICC Residential and/or Commercial Building Inspector

Plumbing Inspector certification issued by the State Board of Plumbing Examiners

Certified Floodplain Manager

ICC Certified Building Inspector
