Qualifikationen

• Five years of supervisory experience in operation, repair and maintenance of large tenanted buildings.
• At least three years in responsible charge of properties with seven+ maintenance/operations staff.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and supervise care, cleaning and policing of public spaces in Housing Authority buildings and grounds.
• Supervise maintenance of facility services (water, gas, electricity, heat, hot water, waste disposal).
• Oversee maintenance of structures and mechanical equipment, including elevators and appurtenances.
• Inspect work of maintenance contractors.
• Supervise repair and adjustment of structures and equipment.
• Supervise maintenance of roof tanks, standpipe systems, hoses and sprinkler systems.
• Train and instruct maintenance employees.
• Supervise care of landscaped areas.
• Address requests for repairs and adjustments to structures and equipment.
• Schedule and supervise redecorating as directed.
• Keep records and accounts of equipment and supplies; prepare reports.
