Job summary

Qualifications

5–10 years of building envelope project experience.
Forensic experience is required.
Bachelor’s in Architecture or Engineering is required.
Master’s in Architecture or Engineering preferred.
CA-licensed RA/PE status required.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Independent worker with team collaboration ability.
Detail-oriented with strategic perspective.

Responsibilities

Lead envelope projects across below grade to roof for new and existing structures.
Manage scope, budget, and schedule; report progress to PMs.
Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders (owners, subs, consultants).
Prepare detailed reports and drawings to support envelope analyses.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes.
Assist in proposals, new business, and client communications.
Mentor field services staff and supervise site visits.
Ensure effective project execution and documentation.
