Job summary

SOCOTEC US is expanding its Building Envelope services in California’s Bay Area. The role focuses on leading envelope projects from scope to budget, coordinating with PMs, contractors, designers, and owners, and delivering detailed documentation and drawings.

Applicants should have 5–10 years in building envelope work, CA licensure (Architect/PE), and strong communication. Travel about 20% is required; full-time on-site in California with competitive compensation and 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of building envelope project experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead envelope project deliveries and manage scope & budget.
• Coordinate meetings with PMs, contractors, consultants and owners.
• Prepare reports and documentation, including architectural details.
