Stantec’s Buildings team in Boston seeks a Senior Leader to guide our Building Specialty Services in the US Northeast. You will lead technical and business aspects of building envelope projects, mentor staff, and develop new work with clients and partners.

You will review designs, oversee field testing, manage budgets above $200k, and represent the firm with thought leadership through presentations and industry involvement. Travel regionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Science with Building Science background.
• Minimum 10 years of building envelope experience on new and rehab projects.
• Strong knowledge of energy code, rain screen, air barriers, and thermal performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead building envelope services and drive business development in US Northeast.
• Review designs, shop drawings, and submittals for water intrusion and air leakage.
• Manage project teams up to five staff; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Perform field reviews and site visits; prepare deficiency action lists.
