Job summary

Stantec’s Buildings team is seeking a Senior Leader to guide our Building Specialty Services group in the US Northeast, providing technical leadership and business oversight on building envelope projects.

The role leads a team of 1–5 staff, drives scope, reviews design & field work, mentors junior staff, and advances business development while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or science with building science background.
• Strong leadership and project management experience on multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in building envelope, water intrusion, air leakage and thermal performance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Building Specialty Services group in the US Northeast.
• Define project scope and criteria; review designs and shop drawings for conformance.
• Manage field reviews, data collection, and reporting; drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor staff and develop business opportunities; lead proposals and client engagement.
