Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Science with a Building Science background.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in assessing, detailing, testing and/or constructing building envelope systems.
• Knowledge of energy code, rain screen principles, air barriers and thermal performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business leadership for building envelope services.
• Drive the service line forward from a business perspective within the Building Specialty Services unit in US Northeast.
• Review design documents, shop drawings, and submittals for building envelope conformity.
• Lead and manage project teams of 1–5 staff; mentor junior staff.
