The Beautiful Works, Inc. is seeking a Senior Building Engineer to oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of all building systems across our facilities.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with vendors, and implement preventative maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency. You will ensure compliance with codes and regulations, manage budgets, and report on facility performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, BAS) and the ability to interpret blueprints and control systems.
• Proficiency in industry-related software and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and maintain all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, BAS) for performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with building systems, coordinating with external contractors when necessary.
• Lead and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, ensuring high quality work.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA, fire safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and inspections.
