Job summary

You will manage the engineering program, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance while aligning with management, the engineering platform, and client expectations.

Requires 7+ years of related experience in commercial properties, strong leadership, and knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with experience in building operations or engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to supervise a team and manage complex tasks.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and building controls; proficient with common office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineers and maintenance staff, with hiring, training, and development.
• Oversee safety programs, compliance, and budget variance reporting.
