Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 8+ years in electrical, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Universal CFC certification required; additional certifications in related systems are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Complies with codes, regulations, agency directives and company policies.
• Operates, maintains, monitors and performs preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, life safety, BMS, lighting).
• Oversees work by outside contractors and inspects their results for quality and safety.
• Prepares estimates for tasks, maintains spares and materials, and keeps energy costs down.
