Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC across facilities in Georgia. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, energy management, and adherence to safety and building codes.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience, and a preference for Universal CFC certification. This on-site position requires physical capability for lifting and climbing tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities
