Job summary

Parkway Services is seeking a Senior Building Engineer for our property at 1111 Brickell in Miami. You will supervise maintenance activities, monitor building systems, and lead preventive maintenance with the Chief Engineer.

The role requires strong technical skills across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, plus ability to manage budgets and coordinate with contractors. This on-site position offers growth in a dynamic commercial setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience assisting Chief/Assistant Chief Engineer.
• Pneumatics related to HVAC controls a plus.
• Boiler license preferred.
• EPA CFC Universal Certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineering/maintenance staff under Chief Engineer.
• Operate and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Assist in preparing operating and capital budgets.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for building systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships.
