Parkway, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Building Engineer for our Tampa property at 501 E. Kennedy Boulevard. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient building operations.

You will work under the Chief Engineer or Senior Property Manager, handle work orders, and coordinate with subcontractors as needed. Strong communication with tenants and a proactive approach to energy management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 2+ years in building operation/maintenance.

• Oversee and maintain mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) for optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and address malfunctions to sustain operations.
