Job summary

A premier property management company is seeking a Chief, Building Engineer to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the physical plant's integrity. The ideal candidate will supervise maintenance staff and possess strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Experience in building trades and a valid driver's license are required. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package, compensating between $90,000 and $95,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong maintenance and repair skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Requires 3-5 years of experience in building trades and handy work.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Supervises, trains, and directs maintenance staff.
• Plans and monitors job results, coaches, and counsels employees.
• Completes reports/work orders for repairs.
• Schedules and assigns work responsibilities to meet shift requirements.
