Job summary
A leading property management firm in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Chief Engineer to oversee engineering teams across multiple properties. This role requires over 10 years of engineering experience and strong leadership skills, ensuring compliance with key building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. The ideal candidate will support budget development and maintain safety compliance. This position involves both office work and onsite management, accommodating the complex needs of large properties.
Qualifications
10+ years engineering experience with significant supervisory responsibility in a commercial property setting.
Experience in the operation, installation and maintenance of building systems with in-depth technical understanding and knowledge of all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety and control systems.
Vocational/Technical training certificate or similar.
Responsibilities
Oversee properties totaling 500k square feet or more.
Provide leadership and supervision of engineering and maintenance staff.
Assist in the development of the Capital Budget Program.
