Qualifications

• 2+ years of building maintenance experience.
• Experience with Electrical/HVAC.
• EPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HVAC calls and assess repairs.
• Test and adjust chemical levels in water systems.
• Inspect chiller operation and log service activities.
• Repair AHU components and cooling tower parts.
• Adjust pneumatic, DDC controllers and actuators for proper operation.
