You will help maintain a range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems across commercial properties, ensuring reliable operations and a safe work environment.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, preventive tasks, vendor coordination, and collaboration with the engineering team to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of building engineering or related field with some supervision experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CFC Universal License (or within 90 days).
• Experience with work order systems and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems including chillers, pumps, and air handlers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and oversee vendors for repairs.
• Monitor BAS for temperature, scheduling, and building pressures.
• Inspect interior and exterior building conditions and safety compliance.
• Assist construction management with plans and capital projects.
