Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Chief Building Engineer Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair operations for healthcare facilities. You will manage a team, develop preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safety and high-quality work across complex building systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs) and be able to work in a healthcare facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for maintenance and repair operations of a healthcare facility, campus, or portfolio.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and safety procedure manuals.
• Manage staff schedules, tasks, and cross-training; mentor and coach as needed.
• Develop cost estimates for work orders, maintenance activities, and projects.
• Establish and maintain budgets for facilities maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with leadership as needed.
