ECS Southwest, LLP is seeking a senior building enclosure consultant to provide regional technical leadership and support for our enclosure staff in the Texas area. You will oversee projects, review technical reports, and help prepare proposals while guiding less experienced team members.

The role emphasizes business development, client interaction, and maintaining high standards across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Licensed or certified as at least one: P.E., RA, IIBEC RRC/RWC/REWC/RBEC/CBECxP, or BECxP/CxA+BE.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support building enclosure staff in the region.
• Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews.
• Prepare and review proposals.
• Support business development and client interactions.
• Lead and coach junior staff.
• Perform responsibilities at the regional level.
