TRC Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Team Lead for Existing Building Account Management to oversee outreach in Oregon and Southwest Washington. You will lead a field-based team, engage property managers and business owners, and drive energy efficiency initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership, strong customer service, and collaboration across engineering, marketing, and operations, with KPI-driven performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a field-based, geographically dispersed team.
• Proven ability to motivate a multilingual customer-focused field team.
• Experience in conflict resolution in customer service environments.
• Strong customer service skills, with clear communication via in-person, email and phone.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project forecasts with Navigators and Energy Advisors.
• Serve as the subject matter resource on eligibility questions and resolve issues.
• Review and manage internal eligibility requests with timely follow-up.
• Act as the primary contact for escalations related to Energy Advisor performance.
• Develop and maintain outreach reports including market trends and performance.
• Coordinate event and conference assignments for Outreach staff.
• Support impact evaluations with accurate records.
