Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an Outreach Lead to join our Chandler, Arizona team. The role focuses on leading outreach efforts for energy efficiency programs, recruiting and training service providers, and building relationships with contractors, engineering vendors, and community partners.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in energy-efficiency, strong leadership and sales capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of energy-efficiency experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain vendor partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Educate and provide technical assistance to lighting, HVAC, mechanical, controls, and engineering vendors to encourage participation in energy efficiency programs.
• Communicate objectives, strategies, and priorities to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and foster partnerships with local organizations, associations, subcontractors, and industry affiliates.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, utility customers, vendors, and project teams.
• Represent Resource Innovations at local events and grow the program pipeline.
