Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing and leading a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects across field and office teams.
• Experience with energy efficiency programs or similar initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and project management for the existing building program.
• Engage property managers, facilities managers, and business owners.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and collateral.
• Coordinate events and manage client relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
