Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a Building Director / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance, operations, and technical performance of a high-rise community. You will lead the maintenance team, manage complex mechanical and life-safety systems, and ensure safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and building automation, plus strong project management and vendor coordination capabilities.

Qualifications

• HVAC and plumbing expertise with experience managing complex building systems.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of SMART building tech, building automation, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and serve as the technical authority for building systems.
• Oversee major systems (HVAC, boilers, pumps, electrical) and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate projects, vendor management, and capital improvements.
