Qualifications

• 10 years of construction experience or equivalent education/field work.
• Self-directed, independent leader with strong organization.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Building Sciences and industry standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building Inspection and Property Condition Assessment.
• Attend site investigations to inspect structures and conditions.
• Document with photos, notes, diagrams and checklists.
• Prepare inspection summaries and deliverables for clients.
• Cost estimating, scopes of work, and cost analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to experts.
• Attend client meetings and communicate actions; track billable time.
