Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of construction experience or equivalent combination of education and field experience.
• Self-directed leadership experience is required.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate actionable information.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements needed to conduct onsite inspections.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Email, and Internet Research Tools.
• Knowledge of Building Sciences preferred; licensing/registration preferred.
• Strong project management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building inspection and property condition assessment across sites.
• Attend site investigations to inspect structures and conditions.
• Rigorously document with photographs, notes, diagrams and checklists.
• Prepare inspection summary narratives and technical reports.
• Document analysis of construction/proposals, contracts and drawings.
• Review, summarize, and demonstrate understanding of project documents.
• Conduct research on building codes and standards; apply PFCS workflows.
• Prepare scopes of work and cost estimates; cost analyses and RFPs.
