• Attend site investigations to inspect structures and conditions.
• Rigorously document with photographs, notes, diagrams and checklists.
• Prepare inspection summary narratives.
• Review, analyze, summarize, and demonstrate understanding of construction documents and legal documents.
• Conduct research on building codes and standards of care.
• Prepare scopes of work and cost estimates.
• Present site observations and analyses to Technical Experts.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators to deliver PFCS standards.
• Attend meetings and mediations with clients.
• Track time billed to clients and maintain billable hour targets.
