Responsibilities

• Attend site investigations to inspect structures and conditions and document findings.
• Review, summarize, and analyze construction documents and legal documents.
• Conduct research on building codes and standards of care.
• Prepare outputs of analyses using PFCS systems for clients.
• Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and cost analyses.
• Present site observations and analyses in technical reports to experts.
• Attend client meetings and document meeting notes.
• Track time billed to clients and monitor billable hour targets.
• Collaborate on quarterly professional development goals.
