Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in construction or related technical industries.
• Account development, strategic sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Verbal and written English communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned booking, revenue, and profit goals by developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, account management, market development, forecasting, and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer objectives, identifying project opportunities, and developing value-based solutions.
• Collaborate with estimators, operations, finance, legal, and sales teams to develop proposals, pricing, and customer presentations, and close business.
• Represent Siemens in the marketplace through meetings, events, and networking while staying current on market trends and competitors.
• Spend at least 50% of time engaging directly with customers and prospects; travel overnight ~10% as required within territory.
