Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing electronic control systems, HVAC equipment, or related building automation systems.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters).
• Ability to work in ladders, ducts, shafts, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and meet eligibility for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Work with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements and complete training as outlined in the training path.
• Maintain tool and test equipment and complete service ticket documentation per policy.
• Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper system operations and assist with training.
• Work overtime when needed and participate in on-call rotations.
