Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Role is based in Cambridge, MA with commuting options to Metro Boston.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center.
• Follow safety requirements and complete training in the prescribed path.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and adherence to policies and standards.
• Support after-hours on-call service and respond to on-site and emergency service calls.
