Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with internal service teams including Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center.
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training.
• Maintain tools and test equipment.
• Provide customer training and assist with system operation instructions.
• Perform repairs on all automation system types and complete service tickets.
• Support after-hours during on-call rotation and participate in job-site turnovers.
