Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Service Specialist for our Norcross, GA location to perform service on building automation systems. The role involves executing maintenance, projects, and on-call service, with responsibilities to save energy and improve the environment for customers.

You will work with multiple internal teams, follow safety policies, complete documentation, and assist with system upgrades and training.

Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical systems and HVAC installation or servicing.
• Knowledge of building automation controls and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with open protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Proficiency with PC software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow safety policies and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center.
• Respond to emergency service calls during scheduled hours and on-call rotations.
• Complete service ticket documentation and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform system checkout and startup on projects and provide customer training.
