Job summary

MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Building Operations Technology Analyst to define the BAS scope and architecture, and to develop control systems and data management for energy management and facility initiatives. The role requires hands-on programming experience and a deep understanding of BAS protocols and platforms in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Four years experience in building operations technologies and programming.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara, Siemens APOGEE, Desigo CC, and Trane SC controls is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on customer needs. Analyzes system and user requirements for IT, database, and trending changes.
• Plans and implements BAS/OT infrastructure changes and schedules for control sequences.
• May participate in on-call rotation; on-call time is compensated per policy.
• Develops and maintains CMMS, workflows, and data integrity for BAS applications.
• Coordinate with Facilities, contractors and BAS personnel to ensure project success.
