Job summary

The Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center Inc seeks a Senior BMS/BAS Analyst to monitor and maintain the building's management and automation systems, including the HVAC system and Chiller Plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a technical or trade school.
• Five years’ experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, control sequences and understand codes & regulations.
• Supervisory experience with mechanical contractors.
• Familiar with building management systems in facilities of similar size and scope.
• Familiar with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and associated software programs.
• Familiar with IT related to data center operations, including networking and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor building management and automation systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Maintain records for mechanical work performed in the building.
• Schedule and manage work orders and repairs; schedule preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and test mechanical equipment; replace faulty parts and re-test.
• Install and calibrate low-voltage electric control systems for HVAC/R equipment.
