Job summary

You will lead small projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure solutions align with technical and customer standards.

Responsibilities include developing control algorithms, documenting designs, and supporting sales with technical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of Building Automation Systems (BMS)/HVAC industry experience.
• OR Associate Degree with 6+ years of Building Automation Systems (BMS)/HVAC industry experience.
• OR High School Diploma or GED with 8+ years of Building Automation Systems (BMS)/HVAC industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and program site-specific building automation systems.
• Configure control systems and control algorithms.
• Adhere to project requirements and standards of design, programming, and implementation.
• Create a design document for project teams with technical information.
• Document and communicate the building automation system design and revisions.
• Develop interfaces for building automation systems.
• Test programming and interfaces prior to implementation.
• Provide technical support to sales representatives to meet customer needs.
• Identify project opportunities and risks.
• Support functional testing for complex building systems.
