Job summary

ATS Companies in Louisville is seeking a Controls Service Technician II to lead projects, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot DDC systems, and train customers and technicians on building automation solutions.

You will analyze building control and mechanical system performance, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate with supervisors and customers. Travel up to 30% and on-call support are required responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DDC control theory and applications.
• Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits.
• Ability to train customers and technicians.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Computer hardware and software skills.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Strong communications and interactive skills.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance tasking (Database backups, Control system analysis, Network analysis).
• Execute service quoted projects.
• Troubleshoot DDC control and mechanical systems.
• Replace failed components as necessary.
• Maintain constant communication with supervisor, service coordinator, account manager and customers.
