Job summary

ATS Integrated Solutions in Louisville/Louisville metro area seeks a Sales Engineer for building controls and MEP systems to support Kentucky and Southern Indiana customers. You will estimate hardware/installation, coordinate with ATS engineers, and deliver technical presentations to influence the consulting and contracting community.

Applicants should have an engineering degree (preferred), experience with building/mechanical systems, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Qualifications

• Engineering undergraduate degree (preferred).
• Building and/or Mechanical systems experience.
• Professional business to business sales experience.
• Knowledge of Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with ATS customers across the building industry.
• Consult with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners on building controls and MEP systems.
• Identify customer needs and develop technically sound solutions.
• Analysis of plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Estimate control system hardware and installation costs.
• Proposal generation.
• Partner with ATS engineering and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution, clear expectations, and smooth customer handoffs.
• Deliver presentations and seminars that educate and influence the engineering, contracting, and owner community.
